Some information that Sidmouth have sent in on their recent activities.

These are pictures of members of Sidmouth in Bloom when they went to the Byes in Sidmouth to plant part of the 400 saplings they had from RHS in connection with Britain in Bloom. It was a lovely day and the hedge saplings were planted to "hide" a rough block wall which we hope will enventually grow to hide this. We were supervised by a three year old grand daughter of one of our committee and bless her she was picking up the bamboo canes and bringing them to us, together with her 6 year old sister. We had a wonderful time We work with Mike Horsnell and his son,( together with Leah Stratton who runs the gardens at St Nicks School.)on his B E E project, (Byes, Educational and environmental project.
